We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Mental HealthNurse (RMN) to work in our Herefordshire Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service as aSpecialist Substance

### Role ResponsibilityYou will undertake a diverse role from running well-being clinics in thecommunity including full health and wellbeing assessments, Blood Borne Virus(BBV) screening and vaccination, supporting the management of alcohol & opiatecommunity detoxifications, administering IM pabrinex & injectablebuprenorphine and other harm reduction and well-being interventions to a rangeof service users. You will have a real opportunity to help shape service delivery and contributeto delivering outstanding clinical services. ### The Ideal CandidateYou will need to be a qualified nurse registered with the Nursing & MidwiferyCouncil.







As an employee you will have access to RCNi to assist withrevalidation, indemnity insurance and support and supervision from the nursemanager and clinical lead. And of course, we’re looking for a Nurse who lovestalking to people with different needs, is genuinely interested in helpingthem, and possesses a deep level of empathy, understanding and patience. We value individual creativity and initiative and, whatever your role, youwill be fully involved in identifying opportunities to improve the quality ofour services and the service user experience.

Your ideas will be listened to,and your suggestions implemented wherever possible. You will be supported inyour role by extensive training to help develop your skills.
