The role
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Pure in Gatwick. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, optimising profitability, and implementing operational standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.What we are offering

What we'd love to see in you
Leadership, Team Management, and Customer Service skills
Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
Financial acumen and budget management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
