Job Title: Implementation & Training Consultant – (Accounting & TAX SAAS)Company: Accounting Software VendorLocation: Hybrid role based in LondonSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Role OverviewThe Implementation & Training Consultant will be responsible for delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for customers, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to use the software’s features to achieve their business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with clients throughout the implementation process, providing expert guidance, training, and ongoing support. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management, and strong client relationship skills.
Implementation & Training Consultant - Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Training:Manage the full onboarding process and deliver tailored training sessions to ensure clients adopt the software successfully. Project Management:Plan and oversee implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Customer Relationship Management:Act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and addressing client needs and feedback promptly.
Product Adoption & Engagement:Drive the adoption of product features through client education, data analysis, and targeted engagement strategies. Customer Support & Advocacy:Work closely with support teams to resolve any issues and serve as a client advocate for product enhancements. Retention & Growth:Proactively monitor client satisfaction, minimise churn risk, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Reporting & Analysis:Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Implementation & Training Consultant - Required ExperienceACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification with experience in an accountancy practice. Previous experience in a consulting, customer success, or project management role within a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM and project management tools is desirable.
