The Role:Customer Success Managers are an integral part of driving success for a portfolio of global accounts, and this role will take full responsibility for team management and development.Use Programmatic expertise to drive account strategy and success for a portfolio of Tier 1 global accounts
Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders
Manage a growing team of Customer Success Managers Leverage campaign data to create actionable insights
Desired Skills and ExperienceThe Lead Customer Success Manager will have a solid background in AdTech or Media Agencies, and be confident in client facing roles!Hands on experience in Programmatic advertising
Highly analytical; confident working with data to create actionable insights
Experience leading/mentoring a team beneficial
Proven experience in account/campaign strategy and delivery
