I'm currently working with a completely bootstrapped B2C Start-Up who are looking to hire a Lead Product Designer to spearhead their design function.
Being a Tech & Product focused company, this is a key hire for them and they are looking for someone who has prior experience leading teams, ideally in a start-up environment with B2C products.

Pays £75k-£90k + an excellent bonus & benefits package
