Our client, a leading global provider of legal software solutions, is expanding its presence worldwide, with a strong focus on growing its US sales operations. The legal department is currently comprised of a highly engaged General Counsel (GC) who works closely with external legal advisors to support the company’s legal needs.
To assist with the company’s expansion efforts, we are seeking an experienced paralegal, returner or junior/mid-level lawyer to provide immediate support, particularly in handling US commercial contracts. While this is initially a 6-month contract, there is the potential for the position to become permanent for the right individual.
This part-time opportunity offers flexibility,
with an expected commitment of 3-4 days per week, depending on workload and the candidate's availability. The role also requires the ability to work across different time zones, supporting both West Coast and East Coast teams in the US.
Start date: November 2024.
