Our client is a global financial services organisation, and is recognised as one the world’s leading banks. A rare opportunity has arisen to lead their Cyber & Technology Risk function, across multiple regions. Sitting within Risk, this role will operate as part of the bank's 2nd line of Defence function. The purpose of the role will be to provide global oversight and challenge for Cyber & Technology Risk.
Responsibilities for this role will include;
- Provide oversight across the bank’s Enterprise Cyber & Technology Risk controls and processes.
- Provide guidance on the bank’s risk posture, developing Key Risk Indicators to measure and monitor relevant risk
- Contribute to the development of enterprise policies and standards governing Cyber & Technology Risk.
This person will also be responsible for leading a high-calibre global leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in developing Cyber and IT Risk frameworks within FS, and must have extensive 2nd Line of Defence expertise. You will be adept at developing risk management strategy, roadmaps and control assessment programs. You will also be a strong leader who is comfortable presenting to C-suite/board level stakeholders.
