We are looking for a passionate Banqueting Sous Chef to join our incredible Kitchen team at Pan Pacific
London.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Banqueting Sous Chef in Kitchen,
you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our associates.
Your tasks as a Banqueting Sous Chef will include but not be limited to :
Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen,
ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
Monitor food preparation and portion sizes,
ensuring consistency and compliance with recipes and hotel standards.
Assist in managing inventory, including ordering
supplies, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage.
Monitor stock levels and ensure that ingredients
are fresh and available as needed.
Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet
the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
