Service Operations Manager
Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester, M50 3SP
Hybrid working - 1-2 days a week
Permanent, Full time , 37.5 hours per week
Requirements to work to service operating hours.
Salary : £47,000 per annum + Fantastic Benefits

Working in Bupa Health Clinics you’ll play a key part in delivering our Remote Primary Care Services, supporting clinicians and operational services to deliver exceptional standards of Customer Service and World Class patient care.
The role
The Service Operations Manager will be accountable for leading and managing a range of Clinical services to ensure performance is optimised,
and clinical governance process are adhered to, in line with CQC regulations and Bupa Policies.
The Service Operations Manager will be accountable for driving and improving operational performance across multiple service lines, in line with Key Performance Indicators and commercial targets.
As a leader you will have the autonomy to make decisions, using your own initiative, to drive successful performance and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Strong operational Management experience / background
Experience of working in a Health care setting
Transferable skills so can hit the ground running.
High Level of confidence and skill
Working currently in Operational Management
Leadership skills
Proven experience of developing high performing teams.
Experience of delivering continuous improvement.
Problem solving skills.
Able to manage various projects and a high workload.
Deliver to our objectives that we are aiming for.
Great understanding of financial awareness
Budget management
KPIS & Operational objectives around targets and profit margins
Experience in working in a remote setting.
Experience of managing a remit of approx. 100 staff including 5-7 team manager reporting directly into the Service Operations Manager
