Job description
THE ROLE
We are looking for a strong Senior Manager or exsisting Head of Ecommerce to lead our 20 strong team, reporting to the Digital & Customer Director at Pretty Little Thing.
As the leader of the Ecommerce team you will be responsible for all team strategy, output and processes. You will work closely with a wide number of internal teams to ensure that we are showcasing our products and messages in an optimal way, across our global storefronts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading a team of ecommerce assistants, copywriters and visual merchandisers, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Responsible for defining the onsite search and merchandising strategy, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider
- Oversee and feed into onsite personalisation strategy a key focus for PLT
- Accountable for developing and implementing A / B testing for merchandising and recommendations across multiple territories
- Ensure products, product visibility and navigation are fully optimised
- Feed into the UX testing roadmap to ensure a continued focus on customer journey improvement
- Feed into product hierarchy to ensure accurate attribution to drive product findability
- Define reporting and analysis to demonstrate value and feed into wider business decisions
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and key external partners
- Work closely with Marketing, Studio, Buying and Merchandising teams to optimise key trends, promotions and categories
- Ensure weekly new in targets are met
- Ensure the accurate delivery of campaign launches and promotions
- Provide requirements to the tech team to develop our tools and systems
