Job description
KCP Network is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in the IT industry.
You will be supporting project-related communication with internal and external parties as well as planning and arranging field engineers' travel accordingly.

Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for field network engineers regarding sending job sheets, and travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Provide clear instructions and itineraries to engineers, promptly addressing any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate and book accommodations for installation engineers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Arrange transportation, including flights, rental cars, or other modes of travel, based on project requirements.
- Liaise with hotels to secure reservations and negotiate rates for project-related stays.
- Ensure timely communication with hotels regarding check-in / check-out times, special requests, and any changes to reservations.
- Assist the Project Manager in organizing project-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to travel, accommodation, and project activities.
- Assist Field Network Engineers with expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT industry
- Experience in travel coordination and accommodation booking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
