Position : Experienced Planner (Town Planner, Senior Planner, Principal Planner, Planning Director)
Location : Bristol
Salary : £30,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

Responsibilities :
As an experienced planner, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, contributing your expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities may include :
- Project planning and management
- Conducting research and analysis
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Providing strategic planning advice
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a planner, ranging from Town Planner to Planning Director level
- Strong knowledge of planning principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
