Job summary

We are looking to employ an experienced Staff Nurse in our busy Outpatient Department at Doncaster Royal infirmary. Clinics include General Medicine, Respiratory and many other Multi Specialities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual to provide excellent and efficient care for our patients.

The Outpatient department cares for patients attending many speciality clinics and we are looking for an individual with this level of experience.

This is a fast paced role , therefore a commitment to teamwork, self motivation and organisational skills is essential.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated,





dynamic and committed Registered Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is an enthusiastic and committed professional with the passion and drive to provide the highest quality care.

The Out patient department with the Clinical Specialities division continually promote Quality Improvement to deliver person centred care.

- Post Registration experience
- Up to date knowledge of professional issues

Desirable

- Teaching certificate
- Demonstrate professional development post-registration

Experience

- Qualified Staff Nurse NMC registered
- Proven post registration experience

Desirable

Outpatient Experience

Interpersonal Skills

Essential

- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with multi-disciplinary team / client / relatives.






- Demonstrate a caring manner with an understanding disposition. Be interested and committed to caring for people from any type of cultural and environmental background or illness.

Desirable

- Evidence of working effectively within the multi-disciplinary team.
- Evidence of Safeguarding training

Organisational Skills

Essential

- Able to accommodate the demands of the post with flexible working as required and good attendance.
- Precise and methodical in working practice and able to work under own initiative.
