Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Management surveyor to join a leading national property consultancy in their London office.

The company are well-known for their excellent working culture and progression opportunities. The role will entail taking ownership of a commercial portfolio on behalf of a number of large funds.

Within this role you will be liaising on a regular basis with key client stakeholders so a high level of professionalism is required.

Key Responsibilities

Management of designated commercial portfolio

Supervision of on-site staff

Providing strategic advice with regards to transactions

Client reporting

Assisting with value-add initiatives across the portfolio

RICS qualification

Proven commercial property management experience

Ability to communicate at a high level
