Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a cohesive curriculum.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts.
- Support and mentor students, promoting their personal and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Extensive knowledge of the Science curriculum at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Dedication to continuous professional development.
