Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Spanish lessons that are tailored to the needs of students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that facilitates student learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and initiatives that enhance the overall student experience
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience teaching Spanish to students of various abilities
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, culture, and literature
- Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
