Job description
Our client is a rapidly growing B2B PR agency with a particular focus on technology, science and engineering. The last twelve months have been remarkable during which, despite COVID, they have won one new client per month and have a healthy new business pipeline.
They are now looking for a growth hire in an accomplished B2B Tech AD, so this is a really exciting time to join the team and become part of the fabric of our success and, eventually, lead the agency.
The Account Director will take a lead some of the key clients (from a strategic and hands on perspective), oversee the newly emerging junior team, and work with the MD to help grow the agency.

Key skills
Agency side PR experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
Experience working with B2B / Tech clients
Experience leading client accounts and teams
An interest in strategy, commercials and operations
Ambition, motivation and entrepreneurial-spirit
In return, we are offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, you will be based from home for the foreseeable (although there are regular monthly team get togethers, when safe to do so).
