A Special Needs School for children with disabilities are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate to join their team as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain experience working with individual with learning difficulties and mental health challenges.

Within your role, you will be supporting children aged 3 to 18 with a range of additional needs.





This includes Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and physical disabilities.

By working with such a range of ages and abilities, you will gain a comprehensive insight into how to cater to the needs of each child, and tailor your approach in the classroom.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral part in ensuring all pupils are supported both emotionally and academically.

Not only will you help them with their education, such as with Maths and English, you will also help equip pupils with life skills that they will use long into the future.

This includes teaching those fundamental social skills, interpersonal skills and independent living skills. The school takes a unique approach to learning so expect lessons in art, music, cooking and outdoor education!

As a recent University Graduate, this is the perfect opportunity to further your experience in the field of SEN and mental health.

If you are a Psychology or Criminology graduate,





you will be able to utilise your knowledge gained from your degree and apply it to classroom scenarios.

Most importantly, you will gain the first-hand experience needed to train as a Psychologist, Counsellor, Therapist or Teacher in the future!

- Graduate Opportunity!
- £80 to £90 per day
- Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 3 : 30pm
- Banbury
- ASAP or September Start
