The Ideal Candidate Will :
- Be a qualified DT teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring students in Design and Technology.
- Have experience teaching DT across KS3 and KS4.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in delivering engaging DT lessons.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Have legal eligibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage and motivate students in their learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the DT curriculum and departmental initiatives.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and enrichment programs.
