Job description

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students in accordance with the school curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and achievement
- Assess and monitor student progress on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant student data
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience teaching Spanish at the primary or secondary level, preferably in a multicultural setting
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, grammar, and culture
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student population
- Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of current educational trends and best practices
