Quality Engineer

This is a great opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor and work on some exciting Civil Engineering projects across the Burghfield and Aldermaston area of England, to be based on site working on architectural fit out projects.

Key responsibilities for this Quality Engineer role :

- Providing accurate and timely guidance to the project team to ensure quality excellence
- Ensure that processes are adhered to throughout the project using the right tools, materials and processes






- Plan, conduct and manage regular audits and inspections.
- Report on quality performance metrics to support project progress
- Build and maintain good working relationships with client and contractor quality teams.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Experience required for this Quality Engineer role :

- Membership of the CQI or working towards membership
- Experience with using quality tools and techniques.
- Experience of working within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practice (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001 etc).
- CSCS card
- Security Clearance (SC) - UKSV (Vetting Service) Previous security clearance would be advantageous.

Package offered for this Quality Engineer role :

- Up to £45,000 negotiable based on experience
