As a pivotal member of our team, you'll lead the development and implementation of an innovative Exams Officer Training Strategy.
Leveraging your experience, you'll collaborate across departments to design, deliver and measure training programmes that empower Exams Officers, reduce failure rates and elevate the overall customer experience.
Your leadership will ensure that training aligns with customer needs, informed by data-driven insights that enable continuous refinement and improvement.
The role is key in supporting the change management programme required to develop and deliver the exams officer strategy ensuring consistency in processes and training so that Exams Officers delivering AQA qualifications receive a high-quality experience, are retained within their centre and become advocates for AQA.

What do I need to be successful?
In-depth knowledge of training delivery :
Experience in delivering both online and face-to-face training, particularly within a regulatory environment.
Exams Officer experience : Have experience of working with centres delivering general qualification exams series. (e.g. High Schools or Colleges).
Ideally as an Exams Officer
Customer-focused mindset : Committed to placing customers at the heart of your decision-making.
Data analysis expertise : Ability to analyse complex data to inform strategy and drive training improvements.
Stakeholder management skills : Proficient in negotiating and maintaining constructive relationships with internal and external partners.
Excellent communication skills : Capable of clearly articulating complex issues to diverse audiences.
Strong organisational abilities : Ability to prioritise effectively,
manage multiple projects, and work accurately under pressure.
