Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to a diverse range of students at KS3 and 4
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events
Qualifications :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching English at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment
