Ideal Candidate
Experience : Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Leader in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is advantageous.
We also welcome candidates from any hospitality, leisure, or retail management background.

- Team Management : Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Deputise : Stand in for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all processes / procedures and professional management of compliance.
- Task Implementation : Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
- Sales Maximisation : Drive exceptional sales results through the execution of a clearly defined operating plan.
- Target Achievement : Set and exceed targets, ensuring the team reaches their full potential.
- Stock Ordering : Complete daily stock orders to ensure store availability.
