UHBW are recruiting to a new post that will be an integral part of Contracts and Systems across Facilities at Bristol & Weston.
This role will provide operational management and support to the Division in the way of a smooth and efficient contract provision at South Bristol Community Hospital, St James Court, Centralised Contracts provision and Systems support service.
The post holder will provide an efficient and effective data capturing and reporting system to monitor and manage statistical data for reports and compliance.
Main duties of the job
Your day to day will include :
- Assisting the Contracts and Systems Manager in fielding and escalating enquiries from external and internal parties
- Support the Contracts and Systems Manager and the Facilities Team in the operational day to day running of operational and centralised contracts, systems and administration service
- Assisting the Contracts and Systems Manager in managing Health & Safety, updating Risk Assessments, undertaking Risk Assessments and supporting with completion of RIDDOR investigations
- Provide business support out of hours where necessary - the post holder may be required to support weekend unavailability
The ideal candidate will have :
- Knowledge of business analysis of performance information, and working within a range of target
- Experience of project working and be familiar with audit and monitoring process
- The ability to plan and organise activities and programmes which are complex
- The ability to identify service improvements within the team

Qualifications
Essential
Educated to GCSE level - NVQ Level 4 / OND or equivalent experience in a service industry E
Desirable
Health and safety or Food Hygiene Certificate
Knowledge
Essential
- Knowledge of business analysis of performance information, and working within a range of target

- Experience of providing administrative support to managers and of maintain confidentiality and confidential systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both written and verbally
