A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work for a growing leader in scientific studies based in their modern offices in Latimer Road, Hammersmith.
The organisation is at the forefront of pioneering technology with a new class in medical studies and technology and is a truly inspiring place to work.
The position is to replace a long-standing member of the team and is fully office based-supporting the Office Manager and HR Manager.
Your new role
Your new role will be to be the primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries via phone and email, you will provide general support and assistance to staff, visitors,
contractors and arrange security passes and parking.
You will manage all documents, filing and electronic storage whilst managing POs and invoices, credit card receipts. You will also order stationery, monitor cleaning services and deal with meeting bookings and preparation for these.
You will co-ordinate event planning including travel requests and keep and inventory of assets.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have 1-3 years of recent administrative experience within an office environment, where you will have dealt with the above duties.
You will have strong MS Office skills and be able to confidently use Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be able to multitask, be a trustworthy and reliable individual and be able tomute to Hammersmith 5 days a week.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a generous salary of between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus up to 20% annual discretionary bonus with many other benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 4% pension, private healthcare, share options and 4 x salary life cover.
Hours will be 9-6pm Monday to Friday.
