- Lead and enhance the Client On-boarding function across the EMEA region.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in line with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the entire client on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all clients.
- Engage with stakeholders and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance client on-boarding procedures.
- Ensure the team's adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Client On-boarding team,
driving performance and development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client on-boarding matters within the EMEA region.
