The Company :

The Role :
Customer Success Managers and instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and happiness.
- Build and expand the relationship with a portfolio of Tier 1 accounts
- Create actionable insights, and strategy-led solutions for customers
- Product expert; confident translating customer needs into product-led solutions
Needs :
The Customer Success Manager will have a solid understanding of the AdTech and Media space.
- Coming from an AdTech vendor, or a Media Agency
- Experience managing Enterprise clients (brand direct)
- Good technical understand of the AdTech Space
