Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students
- Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in year 3
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
