The Ideal Candidate Will :
- Be a qualified English teacher with a passion for literature and language.
- Have experience teaching English at KS3 & KS4 (experience with KS5 is desirable but not essential).
- Be committed to maintaining the high standards of our Outstanding school.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Be enthusiastic about contributing to the school community beyond the classroom.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons.
- Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
