We are currently working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join their team in Romford for a 3 month initial contract.

What’s on offer :

- Working hours : Monday - Friday, 09 : 00-17 : 00
- Contract length : 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
- Location : Community based in Romford
- Rate of pay : £26p / h Umbrella
- Start : ASAP

Key responsibilities :

- Responsible for undertaking assessments and brief intervention within CAMHS triage.






- Encompass the provision of effective clinical supervision of more junior staff members ensuring effective assessment and triage of children and young people who may require a mental health interventions.
- Be responsible for operating within multidisciplinary team, providing brief interventions to children and young people with emotional wellbeing needs (both routine and urgent risk) who access CAMHS.

To be eligible for consideration, it is essential that you are a registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin and have experience working within CAMHS.
