Wayman Group is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join a wonderful school in Barnet, starting in April.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans for English language instruction
- Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that encourage critical thinking and collaboration
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects students' diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive curriculum
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to address any concerns or provide updates on student performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the English language and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality instruction
