Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR team. This role is full time, on a permanent basis, working 37.

5 hours per week, between Monday and Friday.

As a HR Administrator, you’ll be based out of our state-of-the-art new Head Office at the Mailbox, Birmingham. You’ll provide a crucial role, processing aspects of the Employee lifecycle, gaining a full working knowledge of our HR systems and be the first point of contact for its users.

You’ll also manage our HR shared directories and files to effectively handle incoming HR related queries, escalating where necessary.

This is an ideal opportunity to gain entry level experience within a HR function.







What the HR Administrator Role Includes :

- To act as a key point of administration support for the Employee lifecycle (new starters, onboarding, change of terms, absence, offboarding etc.)
- Administration of probation and review processes through our HR system
- Confidently providing training administration when required
- Respond to gallery HR requests in a timely manner, escalating where necessary
- Management of HR shared directories / files / folders on the IT system
- Ad hoc administrative tasks and support with HR project work as and when required

What We Need From You :

- Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
- Good standard of written English






- Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work towards monthly deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication / interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships
