Award-winning cocktail bar and restaurant Side Hustle boasts a lively, casual atmosphere, offering elevated Latin American dishes and world class cocktails, whilst our Library acts as the living room of the hotel offering an all-day menu alongside coffees and cocktails.

THE ROLE

Barbacks are responsible to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bar while also assisting Bartenders with service.

Barbacks should be able to analyze and understand the needs of the bar at any point of service such as replenishing stock, ice, and glassware;

constantly reprioritize these tasks to make sure service runs smoothly.
