They are now seeking an ambitious, driven Conveyancing Lawyer with 5+ years of relevant PQE to join its award-winning, thriving team located in the City of London.

The Role :
Due to a steadily growing client base and workload, this firm is seeking a Residential Property / Conveyancing Associate 5+ PQE to join its progressive outfit.
This role will see you working on general Residential Conveyancing matters but with a HNW element, this includes but is not limited to;
Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, help to buy, new build / plot sales and much more.
Requirements :
- You will be a Conveyancing Lawyer 5+ relevant years PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
