Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for a Branch Manager to join their successful team in Harrow.

Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager :

- £22,000 £25,000 basic
- £50,000 OTE
- Company car

Working hours for the Branch Manager :

- Full time
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays

Branch Manager requirements :

- Highly experienced in Sales
- Able to motivate a team
- Highly organized and able to manage workload
- Driven and hungry for success
- Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include,





but will not be limited to :

- Managing the Branch Team
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Undertaking team meetings
- Help grow the business
- Carrying out market appraisals
