The role
This firm is currently seeking a Senior Property Finance Lawyer to join their West End, London office.
The firm has a growing Property Finance team that acts for both borrower and lender, but is heavier on the lender side. The firm is on many panels and they are often a go-to for innovative funding solutions for both residential and commercial property finance deals.
The team is busy and due to an influx of new work, they are seeking to hire a new property finance lawyer.
You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength.
You will find there are good prospects for progression attached to the role, which can include a route to partnership for the right candidate.
Requirements
- You will be a Property Finance Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have had good experience dealing with a broad palette of property finance work
- You should have first-class communication skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on your background.
