Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- You will work in collaboration with the other departments of the shared services company on contracts and project work.
- You will be employed by the group shared services company and you will provide services and support to the companies within the group.
- Reporting directly into the Head of Legal Services and support him directly on the contracts side.
Required Skills / Experience :
- Quality experience in the Commercial field.
- Commercial Contracts knowledge.
- Drafting and Negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and provide legal advice in an appropriate and timely manner and understand the effects of key regulatory issues on contractual terms.
- An understanding of data protection would be desirable.
- We would encourage applications from candidates from 2 -5 years PQE, having trained either an in-house environment or recognised commercial law firm.
- Experience in the financial services industry would be desirable but not essential.
- Able to make commercial decisions quickly and confidently.
