Real Estate Senior Lawyer
Manchester £75,000 - £100,000
Commercial Property Senior Associate - £75,000 Per annum + Benefits
Our client is a leading commercial law firm located in Manchester. They are currently seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, developments, and property finance.
- Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients on property law issues.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts and agreements.
- Representing clients in property-related disputes and providing litigation support.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent client service.
Requirements :
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' plus experience in Commercial Property Law.
- Strong knowledge of property law and practice, with experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage a varied workload and work under pressure.
- Commercially focused with a strong client service ethos.
