Key Responsibilities :
Classroom Support : Provide high-quality support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring the overall well-being of students.
Small Group Intervention : Lead small group sessions to support students' learning and development, focusing on specific areas of need.
Curriculum Delivery :
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Assessment and Feedback : Assist in assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers.
Requirements :
HLTA Qualification : Hold a recognized Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience : Proven experience as a HLTA in a primary school setting.
Knowledge : Familiarity with the national curriculum and understanding of effective teaching strategies.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and parents.
Adaptability : Ability to adapt to different school environments and work effectively with diverse groups of students.
