Night Care Practitioner. Fleetwood Hall Care Home£11.49 per hour PLUS £2 enhancement for overtime*38.5 hours per week 3 to 4 shifts per week (8pm-8am)Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference to people’s lives?
At Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Practitioner to join our team.
Located near the beautiful Lancashire coast, our recently refurbished 62-bed home provides a warm, modern, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Under the leadership of our experienced Manager Joanne, we are committed to delivering the highest quality care in a personalised and welcoming setting.
Our team works together to ensure each resident’s individual needs, hobbies, and preferences are met, fostering a fulfilling and enriched life.
As a Night Care Practitioner, your role will include : Assisting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activitiesProviding emotional support and companionshipSupporting residents to engage in their hobbies and interestsHelping maintain a high standard of care and cleanlinessCollaborating with the team to meet the needs of all residentsSandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits : Free uniform.

However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
