Your Role
Working in Opera, you will be responsible to ensure all guest needs and room requirements are recorded.
You will have a natural affinity for our unique brand and hospitality and will be able to connect instantly with our guests over the phone or via in order to understand and accurately capture our guests’ requests, providing information on our rooms, restaurant and bars, and group bookings to identify future selling opportunities.
You will help you create a unique experience where you will not only delight our guests, but also excite and surprise them to create the ultimate guest experience in London, that is anything but Standard!
