Job title : Staff Nurse- Romford & Ilford
Location : Romford
Salary : £20 - £30 P / H
The role
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Educate patients on managing their health and medications
- Advocate for patients' well-being and rights
- Ensure patient safety and infection control measures
- Stay informed about medical advancements and best practices in nursing

- NMC registration
