Job Title : Quantity Surveyor
Salary : Open to negotiation (£55,000 £75,000) car allowance / company car
Location : Hillsborough, Northern Ireland
Projects : All NI based
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a local company based near Lisburn as a Quantity Surveyor!
My client specialises in natural stone paving and bespoke natural stone hardscape products.
- Quantity Surveyor Natural Stone
- Salary : £55,000 £75,000 per annum (Open to negotiation) including company car
- Location : Hillsborough, Northern Ireland
- Flexible working hours
This job would include :
- Working with Natural stone
- Projects ranging from £20k gardens to £2m Commercial Landscaping schemes,
£500k façade restoration projects and other bespoke projects
- Full range of QS activities
- Running and growing the market within NI and Ireland
- Potential of building and developing a steady stream of your own work
