We have a new opportunity for a Senior AV Account Manager who will be based in South West London at our client’s HQ.
You will require a blend of creativity and technical acumen to ensure that you provide their customers with the optimum solution within their budget for their event.

Key Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts.
- You will work closely with their customers to understand their needs and objectives, providing creative expertise to develop concepts that enhance their events and help them achieve their goals
- You will analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure their customer satisfaction
- Using your leadership abilities, you will manage and guide their account management team
- You will attend industry functions to strengthen their existing relationships and develop new connections
What our client is looking for :
Are you a proactive self-starter, with self-evident presentation and negotiation skills, capable of offering creative, comprehensive, customer-centric solutions?
Do you have experience in live events?
Our client would expect you to have / be the following :
- 5 years+ account management in the exhibition / event sector
- A skilled networker and relationship builder
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Proficient in PowerPoint / KeyNote and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent presentation, sales and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
