The Role

This is a stand out opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join this Magic Circle law firm in London.







- Within this role you will be involved in;
- the drafting, negotiation and analysis of both direct real estate and corporate real estate transaction documentation (including share purchase agreements), joint venture documentation,
- development work;
- landlord / tenant documentation;
- providing real estate advice and input on Finance and Corporate support matters including reviewing certificates of title and providing real estate specific input on SPAs and loan documents.

Requirements

- Be an outstanding lawyer with 1-5 years PQE.
- Good organisational skills and enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development.
