The Role :
This is highly impactful role, working closely with the Head of Customer Success to deliver success for a portfolio of high-profile global brands.
- Own campaign performance and success
- Client champion; creating strategies for continued success
- Clear and diverse progression route, with extensive onboarding and training
- Mentoring junior team members
The Company :
This market leader in contextual video advertising works closely with both agencies and global brands to maximise their digital video campaigns.
- Impressive client list including : Meta, Twitter, eBay, Lego and Apple
- Privately owned and profitable
- Global presence with offices across Europe, the US and MENA
Desired Skills and Experience :
The Senior Customer Success Manager will have a good understanding of the AdTech space, with the desire to join a fast growing organisation.
- Programmatic specialist; confident working across different DSPs
- Rich Media experience an added bonus!
- Strong analytical skills; able to use Excel to an advance level
- Mentoring junior team members would be beneficial, but not essential!
