- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Integrate innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance student engagement with historical concepts.
- Effectively prepare students for GCSE, A-Level examinations (if applicable), and develop their critical thinking and research skills.
- Contribute to the development of the History curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum and departmental goals.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified History Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience.
- A strong passion for History and a demonstrable track record of raising student achievement.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to keep up-to-date with current historical developments and teaching methods.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
