Real Estate Finance Solicitor
London £105,000 - £110,000
Join a dynamic Finance department, where the focus is on delivering exceptional legal services across a variety of sectors.
The firm is seeking a motivated with 6+ years PQE to enhance their collaborative team. The team is consistently recognised in Chambers, and Legal 500 Ranking publications.
The firm is partircualry interested in candidates with Real Estate Finance experience.
The role involves complex, multi-jurisdictional work, including real estate finance for investments and developments, with specialisms in hotels, student accommodation, and project finance.
The successful candidate will be involved in advising on loans secured against diverse receivables, such as football club player receivables, music royalties, and TV broadcasting rights, as well as "passion assets" like art and classic cars.
The firm values practical, commercial advice and seeks an individual with a deep understanding of clients’ businesses. The candidate will report to a Partner and will contribute to the smooth running of finance transactions, drafting various agreements, and overseeing complex closings.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a finance team in private practice.
- Broad experience in Finance, with experience in Real Estate Finance is a must
- Exceptional case management and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of excellent client contact and care.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
