Job Description
- Manage the processing of payroll for over 2000 employees.
- Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions.
- Handle queries related to payroll from both staff and external bodies.
- Compile and maintain up-to-date payroll documents and records.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulations and legislation affecting payroll.
- Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on payroll information as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Payroll Specialist should have :
- Previous experience working within a payroll function.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and external bodies.
